OUR ORIGIN

Au Bon Cake started making Certified Kosher custom cakes serving the Eastern PA and Centeral NJ areas for about 10 years.  Nathalie is an award winning cake artist and that remains Nathalie's key focus and passion.

Nathalie noticed there were very few options for Jewish-themed cookie cutters and in 2016, with her computer-savvy husband and son, they started making and selling products and have become the premier supplier of Jewish themed baking products in the USA. Our products included cookie cutters, premade or custom chocolate molds, cake toppers, cookie letter templates, Hebrew/English letter sets, unique cake pop stamps, place card cookies, a hot cocoa bomb system, and much more.  In 2019 we won the "best new product" award at Kosher Fest.  Our products were sold in multiple stores throughout the country.

In 2021 we moved to Miami Beach and decided to sell our product business to Cookiecad.  Nathalie now focuses exclusively on cake design.
